The EFB programme finishes on October 4th with a lunch. All the activities taking place after this lunch are part of the AIDAF programme, including the Alberto Falck Award 2024 Ceremony.
The registration of a companion only to the Gala Dinner on October 3 or to the ‘Alberto Falck Award 2024’ ceremony on October 4will incur an additional cost of 145€.
The registration of a companion to both the Gala Dinner on October 3 and the ‘Alberto Falck Award 2024’ ceremony on October 4 will incur an additional cost of 200€.
The attendance to the optional NextGen activity on October 5 will incur an additional cost for the dinner that will be communicated when the agenda of the day is confirmed.
To uphold the exclusivity of the European Family Business Summit, the events are only for family business owners and their direct relatives. Registrations from non-family businesses will be declined. The organisation beholds all rights to avert any registration at all times.
Payments
Upon your registration you will receive a summary email from the Organizing Secretary Zeroseicongressi s.r.l. Once that your member status has been checked, they will send you the corresponding invoice. To formalize your registration, you must make the payment within 15 days of receiving the invoice. Otherwise, your registration will be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received via email not later than July 31, 2024. For cancellations received before this date, we will refund 25% of the registration fee after the Summit. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date.

On October 3rd, EFB and AIDAF will host a Gala Dinner at the magnificent Villa Miani.
Built at the end of the nineteenth century on the top of Monte Mario, touching the dome of San Pietro, it offers the widest and most exclusive view of the city. A vast tree-lined park and Italian gardens highlight its neoclassical façades and complete, with terraces and courtyards, the large interiors made up of over 3000m2 of halls generously furnished with frescoes and precious marbles.
Upon your pre-registration you will receive a proforma invoice via email with our banking details. Payments will be made by bank transfer exclusively.
In order to finish your registration process, please send the bank transfer proof to the email address amontoto@europeanfamilybusinesses.eu within 3 days from the registration date. You will receive the final invoice once the payment has been received.
